The directors who run pageants right rarely hear it. This year, the people who'd know decide — every director on the ballot earns a recognition title and certificate, and the national winner takes a trophy and $500.

Director of the Year is Bombyhead's annual recognition of the best pageant directors in the United States. Anyone can nominate a director — they don't have to use Bombyhead — and the public decides. Below, you'll find the top pageant directors in every state, ranked by the votes their contestants, families, and colleagues have cast for them.
