Welcome to the first annual Cave City Autumn Railfest. New to South Central Kentucky is pageantry like never seen before. We are thrilled to be partnering with Top Kentucky Crowns as an official prelimary pageant for the state pageant held in March 2027.

• Teen 13-16 — ages 13–16 · $40 entry
• Miss 17-21 — ages 17–21 · $40 entry
• Mrs. — ages 18–99 · $40 entry
• Pre-Teen 8-12 — ages 8–12 · $40 entry
• Ms. 22+ — ages 22–99 · $40 entry
• 5-7 y/o — ages 5–7 · $40 entry
• 3-4 y/o — ages 3–4 · $40 entry
• 24-36 mos — ages 24–36 · $40 entry
• 17-23 mos — ages 17–23 · $40 entry
• 12-16 mos — ages 12–16 · $40 entry
• 6-11 mos — ages 6–11 · $40 entry
