Ask ChatGPT about Bombyhead

Already use ChatGPT? Point it at our director handbook and ask anything about setting up and running your pageant. It answers with the steps and where to click, any time of day.

Step 2: ask your question

Ask the way you'd ask a friend who knows the system. For example:

My baby divisions are 0 to 12 months and 13 to 24 months. How do I enter those?
How do I give a free Photogenic entry to families who buy my All In package?
How do my judges get their logins, and can they score on a phone?
Can families pay part of their entry now and the rest later?
How do I set up People's Choice voting?

Please don't paste families' names, birthdays or contact details into the chat.

Ask about your own pageant

Copy your pageant's setup (dates, fees, divisions, competitions and scoring, with no family information) and paste it into the chat. Then ask “Does my setup look right?” or any question about it. The same button, Check my setup with ChatGPT, is at the top of your pageant editor.

If it says it can't open the link

Some versions of ChatGPT can't read web pages. Copy the whole handbook, paste it into the chat, then ask your question.

AI assistants can be wrong. If an answer doesn't match what you see in Bombyhead, or the handbook doesn't cover your question, email support@bombyhead.com (Monday through Friday). Bombyhead doesn't see your ChatGPT conversations.
